A Resilient Culture
for Real LifeWork and Leadership

The organisations that get culture right rarely do it alone. That is why we work alongside you as a partner, bringing the capability, consistency, and commitment the work deserves.
Luke Evans, Founder of Emotive Work, delivering a Resilience First Aid workshop

Whether you need a single session to up skill or shift the needle, or an embedded partner to drive lasting change, we have a way to work with you.

The Approach

Most wellbeing and culture programs fail not because the content is wrong, but because there isn’t enough time to let it land. A one-day workshop creates a spark. But without follow-through, reinforcement, and someone who understands your context, that spark fades.

Emotive Work is built for something different.

We work at the intersection of resilience and culture, and our most effective engagements are the ones where we are genuinely embedded in your organisation. Whether it is through our in-residence work, or just through the Emotive Work community, we get to know your people, your challenges, and your context to support beyond the engagement. That means the training is sharper, the consulting is more specific, and the change is more likely to stick.

Whatever the decision, the through-line is always the same: calm the system, then build something worth sustaining.

Emotive Work In-Residence

The In-Residence model is designed for organisations who are serious about building resilience and culture as a genuine capability, not just ticking a compliance box or running an annual team day.

We come into your business on a structured, part-time basis over three, six, or twelve months. Depending on your needs and our availability, that might be a few hours a week or a few days a week. Within that engagement we work across training delivery, leadership consulting, culture strategy, and employee experience, bringing everything together under one consistent approach.

This is the most cost-effective way to access the full breadth of Emotive Work’s capability. It enables us to deliver accredited resilience training at a reduced rate, provide ongoing consultation across culture and employee experience, and build something that has real roots in your organisation rather than something that evaporates after the invoice is paid.

What an In-Residence engagement typically includes:

  • Resilience First Aid (RFA) certification and RFAST sessions for your people

  • Leadership workshops and coaching

  • Culture diagnostics and strategy

  • Purpose and values creation and embedding

  • Employee experience consulting

  • Ongoing advisory support for your People and Culture team

Engagement options:

3 months: A focused sprint. Ideal for building a resilience foundation, running a certification cohort, and establishing a shared language across a team or business unit.

6 months: The most popular option. Enough time to run multiple programs, begin culture work, and start seeing measurable shifts in how people lead, communicate, and show up.

12 months: A genuine transformation. For organisations committed to embedding resilience and culture as a lasting capability, with the depth and consistency to make it real.

Standalone Sessions

Not every organisation is ready for an embedded engagement, and that’s completely fine. Sometimes you need a single session to start the conversation, respond to a moment, or build awareness before committing to something deeper.

One-off Workshops

Practical, engaging, and tailored to your context. Topics include resilience skills, navigating change, leadership under pressure, and building psychological safety. Available as half-day or full-day formats, in-person or online.

Leadership Training

Focused sessions for leaders and managers on how to lead with clarity and composure, support their teams through challenge, and build the habits that create a resilient culture from the top down.

Culture and Employee Experience Consulting

A focused diagnostic or strategy session to understand where your culture is now, where you want it to be, and what’s getting in the way.

Purpose and Values Creation

A facilitated process to develop or refresh your organisation’s purpose and values. Designed to produce something your people actually connect with, not just language for a website.

Keynote Speaking

Luke speaks at conferences, leadership offsites, and corporate events across Australia on resilience, culture, and what it takes to build workplaces worth belonging to.
