How it works
Phase 1 – Align & Baseline
We start by understanding where things are at.
This looks like: PR6 resilience assessments, a short behavioural
pulse, and a resilience foundations talk for your wider group.
Phase 2 – Build Capability
We equip people with practical, everyday skills.
This looks like: 2-hour workshops for frontline leaders and
a 2-day accredited certification for a selected cohort.
Phase 3 – Embed & Reinforce
We support application and help it stick.
This looks like: follow-up assessments and behavioural pulse, plus access to tools and resources to embed the work further.

Enterprise Capability Pathway
The 90-day pilot is designed to establish long-term resilience capability across the business and its people.
As an accredited Resilience First Aid facilitator, I work with organisations to put the right foundations in place, create a shared language, and train an initial accredited cohort so this work is embedded well from the start.
For many organisations, this cohort becomes the natural next step toward formal Resilience Instructor training through Driven Resilience, enabling RFA to be delivered internally and at scale. Ongoing support from Emotive Work can also be tailored.
